1st National Census of Artisan Fishing of the Maritime Sector - 2012
El Ministerio de la Producción (PRODUCE) y el Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática (INEI) realizó el I Censo Nacional de la Pesca Artesanal del Ámbito Marítimo el domingo 18 de marzo 2012 con el propósito de recolectar, procesar y contar con información estadística actualizada y confiable sobre los pescadores, armadores y embarcaciones pesqueras artesanales. Adicionalmente, hubo un empadronamiento especial de los puntos de desembarque, astilleros y carpinterías navales artesanales, entre el 20 de marzo al 02 de abril.
