RESOLVER el Contrato N°003-2024-OACPM-MDCA "MEJORAMIENTO Y AMPLIACIÓN DEL SISTEMA DE AGUA POTABLE Y CONSTRUCCIÓN DEL SISTEMA DE ALCANTARILLADO EN EL CENTRO POBLADO BELLAVISTA-DISTRITO DE CERRO AZUL-PROVINCIA DE CAÑETE-REGIÓN DE LIMA", CON CUI N°2390386, de fecha 30 de marzo del 2024, suscrito con el contratista CARLOS ANTONIO CORNEJO QUISPE, por la causal establecida en el literal b) del numeral 164.1 del artículo 164 del Reglamento de la Ley N° 30225, Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, aprobado por Decreto Supremo N° 334-2018-EF, por haber acumulado el monto máximo de penalidad por mora que asciende a S/. 28,000.40 soles.
