Imponer la sanción de SUSPENSION SIN GOCE DE REMUNERACIONES HASTA POR 30 DIAS al Doctor Julio Florencio GUTIERREZ ARAGON (Ex Director Geneal de Asesoría Jurídica) por haber incurrido en la falta disciplinaria prevista en el artículo 28° literal a) del Decreto Legislativo 276 al no haber dado cumplimiento a las obligaciones previstas en los literales a( y d) del artículo 21 del Decreto Legislativo 276.
