SE RESUELVE:
ARTICULO PRIMERO.-Dar por CONCLUIDA la asignación de funciones como COORDINADORA GENEREAL DE LA ESTRATEGIAS SANITARIAS del Hospital Regional de Ica a la LIC.ENF.MERCEDES GUILLEN CORTEZ,para el cual deberá ceñirse al procedimiento regular para la entrega-recepción del cargo que corresponda en dicha Estrategia dándoseles las gracias por los servicios prestados.
ARTICULO SEGUNDO.-ASIGNAR FUNCIONES a partir del 16 de Abril del 2025 a la Lic.enf.NADIA LLANY ZEGARRA LEON como COORDINADORA GENERAL DE LAS ESTRATEGIAS SANITARIAS del Hospital Regional de Ica.
