SE RESUELVE
ARTICULO PRIMERO.-
ACEPTAR LA RENUNCIA presentada y en consecuencia Dar por concluida a partir del 5 de Diciembre del 2024 la Designacion de funciones como JEFE DE LA OFICINA DE ESTADISTICA E INFORMATICA del hospital Regional de Ica, a la ING MARITZA MARIELA LANDEO MATTA.
ARTICULO SEGUNDO.-
DESIGNAR FUNCIONES a partir del 06 de Diciembre del 2024 al ING HUMBERTO JOSE PEÑA RUIZ , como JEFE DE LA OFICINA DE ESTADISTICA E INFORMATICA DEL HOSPITAL REGIONAL DE ICA
