Anti-bribery Policy of the Transport and Communications

“Zero tolerance” to acts of bribery, fraud and corruption.

The objective of this policy is to establish commitments to implement a culture of ethics of "zero tolerance" in acts of bribery, fraud and corruption.

The position of the transport and communications sector is not to tolerate any type of conduct, active or passive, that constitutes bribery, fraud, corruption, deceit, offer, payment or improper authorization, request or acceptance of bribes in any of its forms or any other type of inappropriate conduct by its workers or third parties.

The success of the sector is based on its reputation and the trust placed by citizens, achieved from the honesty and seriousness with which it works.

The sector's anti-bribery policy has the following commitments:

a)
Prevent, detect and punish any act of corruption and bribery in all its forms.

b) Strengthen the organizational culture based on conduct and ethical behavior of all its workers, so that the messages and information provided are consistent with the actions.

c) Comply with applicable national regulations on integrity, the fight against corruption and anti-bribery.

d) Guarantee transparency and access to public information for citizens.

e) Promote the raising of concerns and the presentation of denunciations of acts of corruption.

f) Have complaint channels and procedures for complaints, investigation and punishment of acts of corruption, which guarantee confidentiality and protection for the complainant.
