INEI Trains Officers For The Second Stage Of The V National Economic Census

Within the framework of the preparatory tasks for the beginning of the second stage of the V National Economic Census (CENEC), the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI) started the face-to-face training for the operative personnel of Lima regarding the National Survey of Large, Medium and Small Business, that will start this month.
This training is carrying out in order to transmit knowledge about technical, methodological and operational procedures to the personnel that will perform the position of Departmental coordinator assistant, team leader and operator, which will be the responsible of executing the follow-up of information of the selected companies that will participate of the National Survey of Large, Medium and Small Business. The training course will carried out since 01 to 14 June of the current year in the National School of Statistics and Informatics (ENEI).
The event was inaugurated by the Chief of INEI, Dante Carhuavilca Bonett, who called upon the participants to internalize the learned and solve all questions posed by the representatives of the companies. “I call upon all of you an all trainers to put out your best effort in order to this training course be successful. The success of this course does not lie in the classrooms; the success of this course has impact on the collection of data, in which you are the main actors”
Nearly 100 census officers will be in charge of the 2nd stage of the V CENEC
For the start of the 2nd Stage of the V CENEC including the Survey to Large, Medium and Small Business in virtual way, will participate nearly 100 census officers such as operators, equipment chiefs and coordinator assistant, which will be duly trained in order that the mentioned research will be carried out with success.
It is worth to mention that, the self-registration of the business will be carried out through differentiated web forms for each economic activity, in which economic-financial information and business management will be requested.
It is also important to mention that the Survey to Large, Medium and Small Business will be developed since the month of June until November of the current year.
Responsible for the training
The equipment of trainers that is in charge of the course is comprised of professionals of the Technical Unit of Methods, Documents and Processing of the Executive Management of Census and Survey of Companies and Establishments (DECEEE), staff of the Executive Management of Sampling and Sampling Frames (DEMMM) and staff of the Informatics Technical Office (OTIN).
