INEI Executed Experimental Test For Second Stage Of The National Economic Census

From May 3 to 31 of the current year the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics carries out the Experimental Test of the National Survey to Large, Medium and Small Companies, census activity which state the beginning of the second stage of the V National Economic Census (V CENEC).

 

It is important to note that the National Survey to Large, Medium and Small Companies will collect the information, through differentiated electronic forms for each economic activity, the same that will be send via web to each company. The survey will ask economic-financial and management; will begin in the month of June and will end in December of the current year.

 

The experimental test of the National Survey to Large, Medium and Small Companies is carrying out in five Departments and in the Constitutional Province of Callao, through the INEI Statistical Departmental and Zone Offices in order to test the methodological, operative and informatic procedures to be implemented in the future development of the mentioned research.

 

It must be pointed out that the survey will be applied to a sample of companies that developed economic activity within the national territory and which incomes obtained by their annual sales be higher than 150 Tax Units (UIT, as its acronym in Spanish).

 

Finally, the INEI stated that the experimental test will be just carried out in the Departments of Arequipa, La Libertad, Loreto, Piura, Lima and The Constitutional Province of Callao, targeted to companies dedicated to the activities of Trading, Services, Manufacturing, Mining and Restaurants.
