The National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI), in coordination with the Ministry of Economics and Finance, in the framework of the program of Budget by Results, is been running since the year 2010 the National Survey of Budgetary Programs (before National Survey of Strategy Programs). The Survey have as one of its main subjects, the “Citizen Security”, which main purpose is to know if the population aged 15 years old and older than been victim of some criminal offence during the last twelve months, likewise,  to let know the insecurity perception of the population and the existence of surveillance in your zone or neighborhood.
