International agreement

Agreement and/or International Technical Cooperation Agreement (ITC)
Instrument that collects and formalizes the objective(s) that the parties hope to achieve through mutual collaboration or joint action, establishing the responsibilities of each of the parties. It has a time horizon and detail; depending on the legal nature and will of the parties. It may be called: Basic Cooperation Agreement, Framework Agreement, Reversal Note / Exchange of Notes / Specific Agreement / Memorandum of Understanding, Letter of Intent, Addendum, others.

Through the International Cooperation Office, the signing of international technical cooperation agreements and/or agreements is managed for the benefit of EsSalud policyholders at the national level.
