Artículo 1.-Declarar Improcedente la petición a FERNANDEZ RAMIREZ CIRCUNCISIÓN en condicion de cónyuge del extinto docente VILLACORTA SANTOS TOMAS sobre reintegro vía devengado del incremento remunerativo del 10% por FONAVI
