declarar IMPROCEDENTE la solicitud de venta directa presentada por la ASOCIACIÓN CORPORACION DE MEDIANAS Y MICROPEQUEÑAS EMPRESAS DEL PERÚ - COEP representado por sus dirigentes responsables JORGE FELICIANO PALOMINO GUITIERREZ, YGNACIO BALDEON OBREGÓN Y PASTOR LOPEZ CASTILLO por los fundamentos expuestos en la presente resolución.
