APROBAR LA REDUCCIÓN DE PRESTACIONES al CONTRATO DE SERVICIOS N°002-2025-GR UCAYALI-DRTC-DR, ADJUDICACIÓN SIMPLIFICADA-SM-001-2025- GRU-DRTC-CS-1. CONTRATACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE EJECUCIÓN DEL SERVICIO DEL
"MANTENIMIENTO RUTINARIO DE LA VIA DEPARTAMENTAL; RUTA NºUC-101, TRAMO: HUIPOCA (KM 00+600) - SAN ANTONIO ALTO - BLANCO - AL TO ZABALO - VISTA ALEGRE (KM 36+390),DISTRITOS DE -HUIPOCA y PADRE ABAD, DEPARTAMENTO DE
UCAYALI"; por el monto total de S/ 3,628.30 (Tres mil seiscientos veintiocho con 30/100 soles); importeque corresponde al 1.50 % del monto contractual original, porcentaje que se encuentra dentro del límitepermitido por la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado y su Reglamento.
