APROBAR LA REDUCCIÓN DE PRESTACIONES al CONTRATO DESERVICIOS Nº003-2025-GR UCAYALI-DRTC-DR, ADJUDICACIÓN SIMPLIFICADA-SM-006-2025-GRU-DRTC-CS-1. CONTRATACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE EJECUCIÓN DEL SERVICIO DEL
"MANTENIMIENTO RUTINARIO DE LA VIA DEPARTAMENTAL; RUTANº UC-100, TRAMO: BELLOHORIZONTE (105+540)- LAS MERCEDES-CURIMANA (KM 125+090), DISTRITO DE CURIMANA-PROVINCIA DE PADRE ABAD - DEPARTAMENTO DE UCAYALI"; por el monto total de 304.84( Trescientos Cuatro con 841100 Soles); importe que corresponde al 0.2762 % del monto contractualoriginal, porcentaje que se encuentra dentro del límite permitido por la Ley de Contrataciones del Estadoy su Reglamento.
