APROBAR LA REDUCCIÓN DE PRESTACIONES al CONTRATO DESERVICIOS Nº013-2024-GR UCAYALI-DRTC-DR, ADJUDICACIÓN SIMPLIFICADA-SM-10-2024-GRU-
DRTC-CS-1. CONTRATACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE EJECUCIÓN DEL SERVICIO DEL"MANTENIMIENTO RUTINARIO DE LA VÍA DEPARTAMENTAL; RUTA Nº UC-112, TRAMO: VISTA ALEGRE - NUEVO PERÚ - IPARIA- 23 DE SETIEMBRE - SHARARA- PUERTO NUEVO (14+250KM), DISTRITO DE !PARIA, PROVINCIA DE CORONEL PORTILLO, DEPARTAMENTO DE UCAYALI";por el monto total de SI 4. 756.50 (Cuatro Mil Setecientos Cincuenta y Seis con 501100 Soles); importeque corresponde al 4.69% del monto contractual original, porcentaje que se encuentra dentro del límitepermitido por la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado y su Reglamento
