SE RESUELVE: ARTICULO PRIMERO: DECLARAR EL ABANDONO, en consecuencia, concluido el procedimiento administrativo iniciado mediante Hoja Registro y Control N° 27524-2023, recibida el 11 de setiembre del 2023, de fecha 23 de noviembre del 2023, por el señor JOSE MIGUEL GARCIA ATOCHE identificado con DNI N°03626330 en calidad de presidente de ASOCIACION DE CAMPESINOS 1RO DE MARZO EL SUB GERENTE ALGARROBO-MALLARES, sobre "SUBDIVISION FISICA DE PREDIOS RUSTICOS PARA LA ASIGNACION DE CODIGO DE REFERENCIA CATASTRAL" , DE UN PREDIO DE ÁREA DE 200.00 HA PERÍMETRO 7288.92ML, UBICADO EN EL SECTOR PRIMERO DE MARZO, DISTRITO DE MARCAVELICA, PROVINCIA DE SULLANA Y DEPARTAMENTO DE PIURA" y su ARCHIVO de acuerdo a ley.
