APROBAR la solicitud de la Ampliación de Plazo N°04, presentado por el Gerente General de H&H CONSULTORIA EN INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN S.A.C, en el marco del Contrato N°174-2024-GRP, DEL SERVICIO DE CONSULTORIA DE OBRA PARA LA SUPERVISIÓN DE LA EJECUCIÓN DE LA OBRA: "MEJORAMIENTO Y AMPLIACION DEL SERVICIO DE AGUA DEL SISTEMA DE RIEGO DEL CANAL 21.5 DEL SECTOR HUALTACO IV EN LA LOCALIDAD DE CP-12, DISTRITO DE TAMBOGRANDE, PROVINCIA DE PIURA, REGION PIURA". CUI N°2234849, por un plazo de 09 días calendarios, siendo la nueva fecha de término el día 13 de noviembre del 2025; en consideración a la Resolución Gerencial Regional N°185-2025/GOBIERNO REGIONAL PIURA-GRI; habiéndose cumplido el procedimiento establecido en el numeral 199.7 del artículo 199° del RLCE.
