APROBAR LA PRESTACIÓN ADICIONAL DE OBRA N. 05 -VÁLVULAS CHECK, EN EL MARCO DE LA EJECUCIÓN DE LA OBRA: "ETAPA I - META: CREACIÓN Y MEJORAMIENTO DEL SISTEMA DE AGUA POTABLE Y SANEAMIENTO EN LOS CENTROS POBLADOS DE SICLAMACHE, LACCHAN ALTO Y BAJO Y LAS PAMPAS DEL DISTRITO DE ,SPNDORILLO, PROVINCIA DE HUANCABAMBA - DEPARTAMENTO DE PIURA", CON CUI N. 2195287; el monto S/ 228,536.00 (Doscientos Veintiocho Mil Quinientos Treinta y Seis con 00/100 Soles), incluido IGV, con un porcentaje de incidencia de 0.59% respecto al monto contractual; teniendo un porcentaje de incidencia acumulada total de 2.41 %, el cual es menor al 15% del monto contratado.
