APROBAR LA PRESTACIÓN ADICIONAL DE OBRA N. 03 CON DEDUCTIVO VINCULANTE DE OBRA N. 03 - VÁLVULAS DE CONTROL Y PURGA, EN EL MARCO DE LA EJECUCIÓN DE LA OBRA: "ETAPA 1-META: CREACIÓN Y MEJORAMIENTO DEL SISTEMA DE AGUA POTABLE Y SANEAMIENTO EN LOS CENTROS POBLADOS DE SICLAMACHE, LACCHAN ALTO Y BAJO Y LAS PAMPAS DEL DISTRITO DE SONDORILLO, PROVINCIA DE HUANCABAMBA - PIURA", CON CUI 2195287; por el monto de S/ 440,009.72 (Cuatrocientos Cuarenta Mil Nueve con 72/100 Soles), incluido IGV; con un Presupuesto Deductivo Vinculante de Obra N. 03, por el monto de SI 197,508.03 (Ciento Noventa y Siete Mil Quinientos Ocho con 03/100 Soles), incluido IGV; teniendo un Adicional Neto de S/ 242,501.69 (Doscientos Cuarenta y Dos Mil Quinientos Uno con 69/100 Soles); siendo la incidencia acumulada de este adicional y deductivo de 0.38%, el cual es menor al 15 % del monto contractual.
