ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- RATIFICAR, el ACTA DE ACUERDO DE LÍMITES TERRITORIALES; PROCESO DE DEMARCACI´N TERRITORIAL DE LAS PROVINCIAS DE FERREÑAFE Y LAMBAYEQUE EN EL DEPARTAMENTO DE LAMBAYEQUE Y CON LAS PROVINCIAS DE HUANCABAMBA, MORROPÓN, PIURA Y SECHURA EN EL DEPARTAMENTO DE PIURA, de fecha 28 de diciembre de 2010, suscrito por el Presidente Regional de Lambayeque-Prof. Luis Becerra Arribasplata y el Presidente Regional de Piura-Dr. César Trelles Lara, cuya suscripción se adecúa a los procedimientos establecidos por el marco normativo de la Ley N° 27795 y sus modificatorias.
