APROBAR el Deductivo Vinculante Nº 02 de la Obra: "MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS INSTITUCIONALES DE LA GERENCIA SUB REGIONAL MORROPÓN HUANCABAMBA, DISTRITO DE CHULUCANAS, PROVINCIA DE MORROPÓN, DEPARTAMENTO DE PIURA" con CUI N°2476040. por el monto de S/.358,824.51 (Trescientos Cincuenta y Ocho Mil Ochocientos Veinticuatro con 51/100 soles), que representa un porcentaje de incidencia de 1.08% respecto del monto contractual; el cual es menor que el quince por ciento (15%), conforme se advierte del siguiente detalle:
