ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: CANCELAR LA AUTORIZACION PARA PRESTAR EL SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE REGULAR DE PERSONAS EN LA MODALIDAD DE ESTÁNDAR EN LA RUTA DISTRITO VEINTISÉIS DE OCTUBRE (PIURA) - SULLANA y VICEVERSA otorgada mediante Resolución Directoral Regional N° 0427- 2025/GOB.REG.PIURA-DRTYC-DR de fecha 19 de junio del 2025, en atención a la Renuncia formulada por el señor NICOLAS LUCIANO MORAN RIOFRIO en calidad de Titular Gerente de la EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTE MIDORY E.I.R.L. mediante Escrito de Registro N° 03419 de fecha 03 de julio del 2025.
