ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: SANCIONAR a la EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES VIRGEN DE LA ASUNCION PACAIPAMPA S.R.L con SUSPENSIÓN DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN PARA PRESTAR EL SERVICIO TRANSPORTE REGULAR DE PERSONAS EN LA MODALIDAD ESTÁNDAR EN LA RUTA PIURA . HIGUERÓN Y VICEVERSA POR EL PLAZO DE 90 DÍAS CALENDARIO, por incurrir en la comisión del incumplimiento al CÓDIGO C.4.b) numeral 42.1.4 del artículo 42° del Anexo I del Decreto Supremo N°017-2009- correspondiente a: "Utilizar en la prestación del servicio, únicamente rutas autorizadas", incumplimiento calificado como GRAVE, conforme a los argumentos señalados en la presente Resolución.
