ARTICULO PRIMERO: APROBAR, TECNICAMENTE el expediente técnico del servicio: "MANTENIMIENTO Y ACONDICIONAMIENTO DE LA OFICINA DE LA DIRECCION DE CAMINOS DE LA DIRECCION REGIONAL DE YTRASNPORTES Y COMUNICACIONES PIURA", así mismo el valor referencial que asciende a S/ 382,700.84 (Trescientos Ochenta y Dos Mil Setecientos Con 84/100) soles.
