ARTICULO PRIMERO.- SANCIONAR CON LA SUSPENSIÓN DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN POR 90 DÍAS A LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES SANTA LUCIA SRL POR LA COMISIÓN DEL INCUMPLIMIENTO TIPIFICADO EN EL CÓDIGO C.4 B) DEL ANEXO 1 DEL DECRETO SUPREMO N° 017-2009-MTC.
