SANCIONAR al señor JOSE HILTON CORTEZ CASTILLO, con la SUSPENSIÓN DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN POR NOVENTA (90) DIAS PARA PRESTAR EL SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE TERRESTRE DE MERCANCIAS, por incurrir en el incumplimiento tipificado en el CODIGO C.4 b) del Anexo 1 del Decreto Supremo N° 01-2009-MTC y sus modificatorias por faltar a la OBligación exigida en el Art. 41.1.3.2
