ARTICULO PRIMERO SANCIONAR a T & G CONSTRUCTORESS.A.C., con la SUSPENSIÓN DE LA AUTORIZACiÓN POR NOVENTA (90) DÍAS PARA PRESTAR ElSERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE TERRESTRE DE MERCANCÍAS, por haber incurrido en el incumplimiento señalado en el CODIGO G.4 b) del Anexo 1 del Decreto Supremo N° 011-2009-MTC modificado por Decreto Supremo N° 033-2011-MTC y N° 003-2012-MTC por faltar a la obligación exigida en el Art. 41.1.3.1 del Reglamento
