Declarar Improcedente Lo Solicitado Por El Servidor PÚBlico Abner Hernan AcuÑA Alberca Por Cuanto De Acuerdo Con El ArtÍCulo 35, Inciso O) Del Decreto Legislativo N&Deg; 276, Ley De Bases De La Carrera Administrativa, Concordante Con El Inciso O) Del Articulo 18 Del Decreto Supremo N&Deg; 005-90Pcm, Reglamento De La Citado Ley, El Vinculo De Un Servidor O Funcionario Sujeto Al RÉGimen Indicado, Se Extingue Justificadamente El DÍA 25 De Enero De 2021 Cuando Este Cumple Los 70 AÑOs De Edad, No Existiendo Dentro Del Decreto Legislativo N&Deg; 276 O Su Reglamento, Aprobado, Por Decreto Supremo N&Deg; 005-90-Pcm Alguna DisposiciÓN Que Autorice A Las Entidades A Pactar La ExtensiÓN O ProlongaciÓN Del Vinculo Por Encima Del Limite Legal Establecido.&Nbsp;
