AUTORIZAR excepcionalmente la sustitución del personal clave (RESIDENTE DE OBRA), siendo el ING.EDDY ENEMECIO ALVARADO RAFAEL, el profesional que reemplazará al lng. Jorge Leon Zambrano, a solicitud del CONSORCIO VISTA ALEGRE 1, Ejecutor de la Obra: "CREACIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS DE PROTECCIÓN EN LA RIBERA DE LAS QUEBRADAS VULNERABLES ANTE EL PELIGRO EN CON MURO DE CONTENCIÓN EN EL JR. MOQUEGUA DEL BARRIO VISTA ALEGRE DISTRITO DE HUARIACA DE LA PROVINCIA DE PASCO DELDEPARTAMENTO DE PASCO" con CUI Nº 2603526, el mismo que cumple con condiciones iguales o superiores al perfil propuesto conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 190 del Reglamento de la Ley Nº 30225, Ley de Contrataciones del Estado
