NIETO - REGIÓN MOQUEGUA", por el onto de S/ 18,244.90 (Dieciocho Mil Doscientos Cuarenta y Cuatro con 90/100 Soles) que representa el 14.143 % del monto contr ctual, ello conforme a los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente resolución.
