| <p><strong>GENERALIDADES</strong></p>

<p><strong> Objetivo de la convocatoria:</strong></p>

<ol>
<li>Establecer criterios t&eacute;cnicos y procedimientos que coadyuven a la selecci&oacute;n y contrataci&oacute;n de especialistas en seguimiento de gesti&oacute;n administrativa e institucional en las UGEL.</li>
<li>Brindar a las UGEL, perfiles, requisitos y funciones de los especialistas en seguimiento de gesti&oacute;n administrativa e institucional, que ser&aacute;n contratados bajo el r&eacute;gimen laboral CAS.</li>
<li>Mejorar la calidad del servicio de las UGEL a trav&eacute;s de la contrataci&oacute;n de especialistas con perfil requerido para el puesto convocado.</li>
