ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - DECLARAR DE INTERÉS REGIONAL EL USO RESPONSABLE DEL PLÁSTICO Y TECNOPOR, EN EL ÁMBITO DE LA REGIÓN LORETO, CONFORME A LO PREVISTO EN LA LEY N° 30884, LEY QUE REGULA EL PLÁSTICO DE UN SOLO USO Y LOS RECIPIENTES O ENVASES DESCARTABLES.
