ARTICULO PRIMERO: DAR POR CONCLUIDA, la designación de la señora ROSA ELVIRA CONTRERAS FALCONI, como responsable suplente de las Cuentas Bancarias de la UNIDAD EJECUTORA N.° 1290 HOSPITAL DE CHANCAY Y SERVICIOS BASICOS DE SALUD.

ARTICULO SEGUNDO: DESIGNAR, al señor EDGAR JESUS MINAYA NORABUENA como nuevo Responsable Suplente de las Cuentas Bancarias de la UNIDAD EJECUTORA N.° 1290 HOSPITAL DE CHANCAY Y SERVICIOS BÁSICOS DE SALUD.
