CONFORMAR LA UNIDAD FUNCIONAL "DEPARTAMENTO DE GINECOOBSTETRICIA EN LA DIRECCIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD" DEL HOSPITAL LAS MERCEDES DE CHICLAYO, en el marco de lo establecido por el Decreto Supremo N° 0
11 de noviembre de 2024
ARTICULO PRIMERO. - CONFORMAR LA UNIDAD FUNCIONAL "DEPARTAMENTO DE GINECOOBSTETRICIA
EN LA DIRECCIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD" DEL HOSPITAL LAS MERCEDES DE
CHICLAYO, en el marco de lo establecido por el Decreto Supremo N° 054-2018-PCM y modificatorias.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. - ASIGNAR a la Unidad Funcional Departamento de Gineco-Obstetricia las
siguientes funciones:
EN LA DIRECCIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD" DEL HOSPITAL LAS MERCEDES DE
CHICLAYO, en el marco de lo establecido por el Decreto Supremo N° 054-2018-PCM y modificatorias.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. - ASIGNAR a la Unidad Funcional Departamento de Gineco-Obstetricia las
siguientes funciones:
