CONFORMAR LA UNIDAD FUNCIONAL "DEPARTAMENTO DE APOYO AL TRATAMIENTO ADSCRITA EN LA DIRECCIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD" DEL HOSPITAL LAS MERCEDES CHICLAYO, en el marco de lo establecido por el Decreto Sup
11 de noviembre de 2024
ARTICULO PRIMERO. - CONFORMAR LA UNIDAD FUNCIONAL "DEPARTAMENTO DE APOYO AL
TRATAMIENTO ADSCRITA EN LA DIRECCIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD" DEL HOSPITAL LAS
MERCEDES CHICLAYO, en el marco de lo establecido por el Decreto Supremo N° 054-2018-PCM y
modificatorias.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. - ASIGNAR a la Unidad Funcional Departamento de Apoyo al Tratamiento las
siguientes funciones:
TRATAMIENTO ADSCRITA EN LA DIRECCIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD" DEL HOSPITAL LAS
MERCEDES CHICLAYO, en el marco de lo establecido por el Decreto Supremo N° 054-2018-PCM y
modificatorias.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. - ASIGNAR a la Unidad Funcional Departamento de Apoyo al Tratamiento las
siguientes funciones:
