CONFORMAR LA UNIDAD FUNCIONAL "DEPARTAMENTO DE ONCOLOGÍA EN LA DIRECCIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD" DEL HOSPITAL LAS MERCEDES CHICLAYO, en el marco de lo establecido por el Decreto Supremo N° 054-2018-PCM

ARTICULO PRIMERO. - CONFORMAR LA UNIDAD FUNCIONAL "DEPARTAMENTO DE ONCOLOGÍA
EN LA DIRECCIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD" DEL HOSPITAL LAS MERCEDES CHICLAYO, en el
marco de lo establecido por el Decreto Supremo N° 054-2018-PCM y modificatorias.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. - ASIGNAR a la Unidad Funcional Departamento de Oncología las siguientes
funciones:
EN LA DIRECCIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD" DEL HOSPITAL LAS MERCEDES CHICLAYO, en el
marco de lo establecido por el Decreto Supremo N° 054-2018-PCM y modificatorias.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. - ASIGNAR a la Unidad Funcional Departamento de Oncología las siguientes
funciones:
