PRIMERO. - CONFORMAR LA UNIDAD FUNCIONAL "DEPARTAMENTO DE MEDICINA EN LA DIRECCIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD" DEL HOSPITAL LAS MERCEDES CHICLAYO, en el marco de lo establecido por el Decreto Supremo N° 05
8 de noviembre de 2024
ARTICULO PRIMERO. - CONFORMAR LA UNIDAD FUNCIONAL "DEPARTAMENTO DE MEDICINA EN
LA DIRECCIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD" DEL HOSPITAL LAS MERCEDES CHICLAYO, en el marco
de lo establecido por el Decreto Supremo N° 054-2018-PCM y modificatorias.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. - ASIGNAR a la Unidad Funcional Departamento de Medicina las siguientes
funciones:
LA DIRECCIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD" DEL HOSPITAL LAS MERCEDES CHICLAYO, en el marco
de lo establecido por el Decreto Supremo N° 054-2018-PCM y modificatorias.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. - ASIGNAR a la Unidad Funcional Departamento de Medicina las siguientes
funciones:
