SANCIONAR CON SUSPENSIÓN SIN GOCE DE REMUNERACIONES POR DOSCIENTOS CUARENTA (240) DÍAS A LA SERVIDORA: CINTHYA FLOR DE ALELI HERRERA SOTO, en su condición de Lic. en Psicología -Profesional del Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario “ELOHIM”de la Gerencia Regional de Salud -Lambayeque, por incurrir en faltas tipificadas en el literal f) del artículo 85° de la Ley N° 30057, Ley del Servicio Civil, y ; por los fundamentos expuestos en la presente resolución.
