ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - CONFORMAR y RECONOCER la Comisión Negociadora del Gobierno Regional La Libertad y el SINDICATO DE TRABAJADORES BAJO CONTRATO ADMINISTRATIVO DE SERVICIOS DE LA GERENCIA REGIONAL DE TRANSPORTES Y COMUNICACIONES DE LA LIBERTAD/ SITRACAS-GRTC-LL, en aplicación de las disposiciones legales contenidas en la Ley N° 31188 y Decreto Supremo N° 008- 2022-PCM, la que estaría conformada de la siguiente manera:

1. Gerente Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones (Presidente)
2. Jefe de la Oficina de Administración de la Gerencia Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones (Secretario Técnico)
