DECLARAR FUNDADO el RECURSO ADMINISTRATIVO DE APELACIÓN, interpuesto por los representantes legales DE LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES URUBAMBA S.R.L., DE LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES TURISMO PERLA DEL VILCANOTA S.C.R.L., DE LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES TURISMO OLLANTAY S.R.L. Y DE LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES INTERPROVINCIAL CHICON S.C.R.L.; en consecuencia, DECLARAR la NULIDAD de la RESOLUCIÓN GERENCIAL N° 1148-2022-GR-CUSCO-GRTC de fecha 28 de diciembre de 2022, emitido por la Gerencia Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones, por incurrir en la causal de nulidad establecido en el numeral 10.1 del artículo 10 del T.U.O de la Ley N° 27444, Ley del Procedimiento Administrativo General, aprobado por Decreto Supremo N° 004-2019-JUS.
