APROBAR, la PRESTACIÓN ADICIONAL DE OBRA N° 01, por el monto de S/ 2,926,996.85 (dos millones novecientos vente seis mil novecientos noventa y seis con 85/100 soles), incluido IGV; y el DEDUCTIVO VINCULANTE DE OBRA N° 01 por el monto el S/160,994.38 (ciento sesenta mil novecientos noventa y cuatro con 38/100 soles), incluido IGV, para la ejecución de la Obra: "MEJORAMIENTO y AMPLlACION DE LOS SERVICIOS DE SALUD DEL HOSPITAL DE APOYO DE HUANTA, DANIEL ALCIDES CARRION, DISTRITO DE HUANTA, PROVINCIA DE HUANTA, AYACUCHO".
