APROBAR, en vías de regularización, el PROCEDIMIENTO DE SELECCION NO COMPETITIVO N° 037-2025-GRA PARA LA CONTRATACION DIRECTA DEL "SERVICIO DE SUPERVISION A LA EJECUCION DE LAS ACTIVIDADES DE EMERGENCIA ITEM 1 SECTOR C.P. ALGA, ITEM 2 SECTOR CARRETERA ALCA - AYAHUASI, ITEM 3 SECTOR LUCHA, DISTRITO DE ALCA, PROVINCIA DE LA UNlON, DEPARTAMENTO DE AREQUIPA", referida a la contratación de JACE DISENO & CONSTRUCCION S.R.L. por el monto de S/ 86,000.00 (Ochenta y Seis Mil con 00/100 Soles), por la causal de situación de emergencia, de conformidad con lo establecido en el literal b) del numeral 55.1 del artículo 55° de la Ley N° 32069, Ley General de Contrataciones Públicas; y el literal b) del artículo 100° de su Reglamento, aprobado por Decreto Supremo N° 09-2025-EF; siendo la fuente de financiamiento RECURSOS DETERMINADOS.
