APROBAR, en vías de regularización, el PROCEDIMIENTO DE SELECCION NO COMPETITIVO N° 040-2025-GRA PARA LA CONTRATACION DIRECTA DEL "SERVICIO PARA LA EJECUCION DE LA ACTIVIDAD DE EMERGENCIA ITEM 1 CANAL CRITICO DEL PUEBLO, ITEM 2 CANAL CRITICO DE MARCAPAMPA, DISTRITO DE ICHUPAMPA, PROVINCIA DE CAYLLOMA, DEPARTAMENTO DE AREQUIPA", referida a la contratación de CONSORCIO ICHUPAMPA (conformado por REPRESENTACIONES NEGOCIOS & SERVICIOS GENERALES CHRISTIAN EIRL y GRUPO TTITO CONSTRUCTORA & CONSULTORA SCRL) por el monto de S/ 374,000.00 (Trescientos Setenta y Cuatro Mil con 00/100 Soles), por la causal de situación de emergencia, de conformidad con lo establecido en el literal b) del numeral 55.1 del artículo 55° de la Ley General de Contrataciones Públicas, Ley N° 32069; y el literal b) del artículo 100° de su Reglamento; siendo la fuente de financiamiento RECURSOS DETERMINADOS.
