AUTORIZAR la sustitución del profesional, Ing. Máximo Ventura Julcapoma por el Ing. Dennis Omar Diaz Bulnes, en el cargo de Especialista en Seguridad, Defensa Civil, Contingencia y Riesgos del Proyecto "MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO EDUCATIVO INICIAL, PRIMARIA Y SECUNDARIA DE LA I.E. 40220 HEROES DEL CENEPA EN EL DISTRITO DE PAUCARPATA, PROVINCIA DE AREQUIPA, DEPARTAMENTO DE AREQUIPA", de acuerdo al lnforme N° 0237-2025-GRA-GGR-ORSIT/AGTNE e Informe Nro. 941-2025-GRA-GGR-ORSIT; al cumplirse los requisitos establecidos en el numeral 86.1 del artículo 86° del Reglamento de la Ley Nro. 29230.
