Declarar PRESCRITA la potestad administrativa sancionadora para iniciar el Procedimiento Administrativo (PAD) por la presunta responsabilidad administrativa del y/o servidores, de la obra "CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LA VIA REGIONAL DE AREQUIPA - LA JOYA, EN LAS PROGRESIVAS KM 0+000 AL KM 24+540 DISTRITO DE CERRO COLORADO - LA JOYA COMPONENTE1: PUENTE Y ACCESOS", por el cual se ha originado prestaciones adicionales, correspondiente al Expediente N°3616-2023-ORH/STPAD, de conformidad con los fundamentos expuestos.
