Declarar PRESCRITA la potestad administrativa sancionadora para iniciar el Procedimiento Administrativo Disciplinario (PAD) por la presunta responsabilidad administrativa en contra del servidor; Guillermo Hans Valcárcel Valdivia, respecto al ejecución del proyecto "MEJORAMIENTO DEL SISTEMA DE RIEGO EN EL SECTOR VANINAN CANAL TONCROYO-LIGUAYA EN EL DISTRITO DE HUANCA, PROVINCIA DE CAYLLOMA, REGION AREQUIPA", CUI 2290616, del Expediente N" 3254-2023­ GRA/ORH/STPAD; de conformidad con los fundamentos expuestos.
