SE RESUELVE:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. RECONOCER, el pago de los devengados por el incremento dispuesto en el Decreto
Ley N° 25981, correspondiente al diez por ciento de la parte del haber mensual del mes de enero de mil novecientos noventa y tres, afecto a la contribución del Fondo Nacional de Vivienda, por un monto total de CIENTO OCHO MIL CUATROCIENTOS DIECISIETE CON 79/100 SOLES (S/. 108,417.79), en atención al Expediente Judicial N° 00813-2022-0-0301-JR-LA-01, a favor de los Administrados MANUEL AZCURRA SALAS, EDISON UBALDO CHIRINOS MENESES, BRAULIO CHUMPISUCA ARANDO, DANIEL CONTRERAS PEREIRA, MARISELA HOYOS BRAVO, ANA LUZ HURTADO QUINTANILLA, GAVINO MARCILLA ACUÑA, RAUL PAREJA CHOQUE, DANIEL FALCON NAVARRO, LUZ MARINA TORRES AYMACHOQUE, CELSO ALFREDO ROMERO MENDOZA, CLAUDIO ALFREDO SAIRITUPA YALLE, BLANCA LIDIA VENERO AYERVE, VLADIMIRO ZEA PEÑA, PABLO RAMIREZ AEDO y YANET YASMINE SOLIS AYMA sucesor procesal de PABLO SOLIS GUTIERREZ, conforme al siguiente detalle:
