HA APROBADO EL SIGUIENTE ACUERDO DEL CONSEJO REGIONAL:
ARTICULO PRIMERO.- DECLARAR DE NECESIDAD Y PRIORIDAD REGIONAL el proyecto denominado: «MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE TRANSITABILIDAD DEL CORREDOR ECONOMICO TRANSANDINO EN LAS PROVINCIAS DE COTABAMBAS, ANTABAMBA Y AYMARAES DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE APURIMAC»;
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. – ENCARGAR, al Ejecutivo Regional, Gerente General Regional, Dirección Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones, el cumplimiento del presente Acuerdo de Consejo Regional
ARTÍCULO TERCERO.- DELEGAR, al Secretario General del Consejo Regional la notificación del Presente Acuerdo del Consejo Regional, al Ejecutivo Regional, Gerente General Regional, Dirección Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Se dé a conocer para su cumplimiento y fines de Ley.
ARTÍCULO CUARTO.- PUBLICAR Y DIFUNDIR el presente Acuerdo del Consejo Regional de conformidad con el artículo 42 de la Ley Nº 27867, Ley Orgánica de Gobiernos Regionales y en el Portal Electrónico del Gobierno Regional de Apurímac para su conocimiento y fines. ( VER PDF )
