ACUERDA:

ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- DECLARAR DE NECESIDAD E INTERES PUBLICO REGIONAL LA CREACIÓN DEL DISTRITO DE MARKANSAYA – PROVINCIA DE COTABAMBAS – REGION APURIMAC.

ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO.- PUBLICAR y DIFUNDIR, el presente Acuerdo del Consejo Regional de conformidad con el artículo 42 de la Ley Nº 27867, Ley Orgánica de Gobiernos Regionales.
