DECLARAR DE OFICIO LA PRESCRIPCIÓN, del Procedimiento Administrativo Disciplinario instaurado mediante Resolución Gerencial General Regional N° 180-2024-GRA/GRAD, contra los investigados JOEL JHOVANY LINO MENDEZ JUAN CARLOS RAMIREZ MURO y GILMER WILFREDO ÁVILA CALDERÓN, por haber transcurrido en exceso el plazo de un año calendario, conforme a los hechos contenidos en el Caso N° 132-2023-GRA/ST-PAD, prescrito el día 22 de marzo de 2025.
